About EganForge

We build AI that runs
the boring parts of business

EganForge LLC makes single-purpose AI tools that handle one job well — writing captions, drafting emails, summarizing meetings, generating legal docs. Each tool is free to start, fast to use, and built for people who'd rather do their actual work.

The short version

One person, a lot of agents

EganForge is a solo-founder company. Josh Egan builds the products, writes the code, and coordinates the AI systems that keep everything running.

Behind the 11 public tools sit dozens of AI agents handling operations — monitoring uptime, analyzing performance, managing deployments, and surfacing what needs human attention. The architecture is intentionally small. Fewer moving parts means fewer things break.

The business model is simple: make useful tools, charge fair prices for heavy use, and keep the free tiers generous enough that most people never need to pay.

How it's structured

T0

Human oversight

CEO reviews, approves high-impact decisions

T1

Master agents

Health monitoring, cost tracking, daily briefs

T2

Revenue systems

SaaS tools, trading bots, prediction markets

T3

Task agents

Individual workers inside each system

Critical decisions — trades, product changes, spending — require multi-model consensus (Claude + GPT-4o + Grok), not just one AI's opinion.

What we believe

Principles, not platitudes

01

Ship small, useful tools

Every product solves one problem. No Swiss-army-knife apps with 40 features nobody uses. One tool, one job, done well.

02

Free tiers should actually work

If the free tier is too limited to be useful, it's just a trial with extra steps. Ours are sized so most users never need to upgrade.

03

AI should save time, not create work

Nobody wants to spend 20 minutes crafting the perfect prompt. Our tools take simple inputs and handle the complexity behind the scenes.

04

Be honest about what AI can't do

AI makes mistakes. We say so on every product page, in our terms, and in our AI transparency statement. Verify before you rely.
